Dream Design Collective Agreement 2024

As treaty processes unfold, it is essential for our youth to have a voice in shaping the educational landscape. Our first ever National Dream Design Summit served as a platform for delegates from across the country to express their cultural, social, and economic aspirations, ensuring that education aligns with our communities’ values and needs.
Throughout the Summit, delegates engaged in meaningful discussions, sharing their individual learning journeys and exploring the historical and political context of education. Together, we reimagined a future where our learning systems are designed by us, for us.

A key outcome of the Summit was the formation of the Dream Design Collective Agreement 2024. This agreement reflects our shared vision and outlines our starting place, which we refer to as Our Current Context, and articulates Our Dream Design—the educational future we aspire to
create.
